Collaborate and partner with other search designers and design leadership to evangelize the value and raise the visibility of design across UiPath
Work with Key Partners, Research, Product Owners and Engineers to understand the customer need and deliver strategic design experiences
Bring strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into exceptional design solutions at scale
Partner with design and product to establish design and user experience guidelines across global platforms
Craft design artifacts like: personas, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, prototypes and videos to test, evangelize and deliver your ideas
Build and manage a team of creative, passionate and probably a little unruly designers and potentially researchers.
Bring order from seeming chaos and have a great time doing it.

In this role you will need to partner closely with your UX team members, program management and software engineering to help create usable, useful, and desirable end-to-end experiences from concepts to delivery. As a seasoned research professional, you should have experience conducting User Research for a variety of products and services, at different points in the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and carry out User Experience Research studies to help guide the organization by informing product strategies and validating product experiences.
Partner with closely with the UX Team, PM, engineering, and other stakeholders in framing research questions as well as developing execution plans for User and Customer Research.
Collect and share fact-based and actionable customer insights with the team to highlight opportunities and potential improvements.
Conduct research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data and input,and present insights and guidance to the product team and leadership.
Promote and model model evidence-based decision making,
Qualified candidates should have
5+ years of experience in User Experience Research.
Proven ability to extract meaning from data and synthesize across multiple sources.
Demonstrated experience working with different teams and disciplines.
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of User Experience Research methods including experimental design, data analyses (qualitative and quantitative), and data synthesis.
Proven ability to turn research results into easy to understand, actionable insights and product opportunities.
Strong project management skills.
MA/MS or PhD in experimental psychology, human factors, behavioral science or related field, or a BA/BS in a research related field with significant academic or industry experience.

We’re looking for a UX-focused content strategist to plan and create interface content and contribute to our team's skills and growth.
